Zishta.com has a detailed Return & Replacement Policy. All their products are handcrafted by traditional rural artisans, making each product unique and slightly different from each other. They request customers to read the instruction leaflet carefully before first use. Certain products like Soapstone, Manipur Pots, Clay ware, Nakashi Paintings etc. are designated as non-returnable products. Returns/replacements are applicable only if the Zishta products arrived damaged or damaged in first use. You must submit the return & replacement form or email them about any damaged items within 3 days of receiving your order and also send them a picture of the damaged item. They will only process replacement/ refund if the shipped product is damaged during transit.
In terms of their Shipping Policy, all of Zishta orders are shipped door-to-door from their warehouse in Bangalore, India to your provided shipping address via delivery partner aggregators. Processing the order normally takes 2-3 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days. Some of their products are made to order and it would take 15-20 days to make products and then ship them. If there are any delays in shipping, their customer experience team will intimate the customers within 3-4 days of order placement on expected delays in shipping. For orders with multiple products, please take the product with the longest wait time as all products will be shipped together. They can only process one shipping address per order. If the package status is shown as undeliverable, you can contact them. If the product returns to their facility, they will refund the value of the product for Pre-paid customers.
